The international IFLR1000 rating published the results of its individual research in respect to public-private partnership lawyers. The heads of the PPP and Project Financing groups at Capital Legal Services in St. Petersburg and Moscow Julia Antipova and Dmitry Raev are ranked as Rising stars.

Julia Antipova has been working on PPP projects for over 10 years, and during this time she has gained unique experience in providing support for major investment projects implemented on the basis of PPP and related mechanisms. At Capital Legal Services, Julia has gone through a career path from an associate to the head of the PPP and Project Financing group in St. Petersburg.

Dmitry Raev has been practicing law for over 15 years, 5 of which he has been working with the Capital Legal Services team. Dmitry advises clients on project financing, public-private partnership agreements, including those using FIDIC standards, provides assistance at stages of prequalification and tender procedures, as well as during interaction with financing organizations and international banks.

Capital Legal Services Public-Private Partnership practice was ranked in Tier 2 of the international IFLR1000 ranking. The firm has improved its position, moving up from Tier 3 as compared to last year's results.

IFLR 1000 is an international ranking of law firms providing services in financial and corporate law. The research is being published since 1990 and today covers over 170 countries.
