On February 16, Julia Antipova, Head of the PPP and Project Finance Group at Capital Legal Services, gave a presentation on the topic “PPP in urban transport” within the framework of the Executive MBA program at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO for managers from 100 major cities in Russia.

The program was developed based on the international standards of Master of Public Administration by SKOLKOVO experts in collaboration with Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture, and Design, HSE University and the New Economic School. This is a unique and internationally recognized educational project.

The team from each city includes a mayor (team leader), his deputies in key areas, representatives of regional authorities and officials in charge of city planning and architectural policy.

The main objective of this educational project is to share the world’s best practices and knowledge in urban management with city manager teams. The outcome of the program will be developed projects for improving the city economy and creation of comfortable environment, which will allow using the new skills and upgrading cities.
