Ekaterina Rudova has joined Capital Legal Services as a Senior Associate of the Corporate/M&A practice. Prior to joining Capital Legal Services, Ekaterina worked as senior associate at Dentons, a major global law firm.

Ekaterina has over 16 years of experience in representing international and Russian clients as regards issues of Russian corporate and regulatory law, cross-border M&A, anti-bribery compliance and general commercial law. Ekaterina has been advising on various complex transactions and other matters with a cross-border perspective, in a variety of sectors and industries. Ekaterina currently heads a team of associates of the corporate practice in the Moscow office of Capital Legal Services. She is in charge of major projects tied to representing the interests and consulting the firm’s key clients.
