Yana Chepovetskaya has been an HR Manager of CLS for almost 10 years. Yana worked in an international charity foundation and participated in creation and management of a personnel department in a major Russian-Belarusian company.
Yana has a degree in Psychology and graduated with highest honors from the Faculty of Psychology at St. Petersburg State University. After graduation, Yana became interested in the field of HR, which was relatively new for Russia at that time.
She started her career in the field of HR with recruitment and HR record management, but then got involved in HR management, which involves direct participation in the strategic development of a company. At the charity foundation, Yana was in charge of HR processes in Russia, Asia and Belarus, handled recruitment, personnel development, mediation and establishment of internal corporate communications.
Yana has always been interested in career directions that help young professionals to model and outline steps for developing in their profession and achieving career heights. She actively works with students and youth, helping them to determine their professional goals and objectives. For example, she gives speeches at career events and provides personal consultations.
Yana thinks that the task of an HR specialist is to provide working conditions in which an employee can constantly grow and develop within their company, and where they will feel needed and happy. At CLS, Yana creates comfortable working conditions for employees every day. She maintains the corporate culture, knows how to cheer up colleagues and set them up in a positive way.
Yana is a member of the Association for Career Counseling and Support (ACCS).
