Elizaveta Dvoinishnikova is a Principal Associate of the Corporate practice at CLS.
Elizaveta specializes in providing support in complex, including cross-border, M&A transactions, conducts legal due diligence and liaises with regulatory authorities (including obtaining permission from the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation).
Elizaveta also consults on complex corporate and commercial issues, creating joint ventures, company reorganization and liquidation. As part of the corporate practice, Elizaveta participated in providing support for significant M&A deals and strategic projects that are of significance both for the key clients and for the economy in general. Among her clients are developer, financial (banking sector) and manufacturing companies (including the timber and machinery industries).
In addition to the corporate practice, Elizaveta consults private clients in family and inheritance law, dedicating special attention to protecting inherited business assets and the division of property.
Elizaveta has been practicing law for over 12 years, and her professional experience includes supervising a legal department in a finance company.
