Denis Kislitsa is Of Counsel of the Antitrust practice at CLS.
For over 10 years, Denis has been advising Russian and foreign companies on various trade markets, including oil and gas, road construction, metal manufacture, pharmaceuticals, publishing and retail.
Denis has broad experience in defending and representing clients in antitrust investigations associated with the abuse of dominance, entering into anticompetitive agreements, unfair competition, violations of advertising law and public procurement law, and other violations of antitrust and related laws.
In addition, Denis specializes in developing economic and legal solutions that allow for flexible pricing in compliance with applicable laws, as well as in arranging trade and marketing activities subject to the antitrust requirements.
Denis has worked extensively on antitrust compliance issues, development of compliance systems, analyzing antitrust risks and finding ways to minimize them, subject to the current global trends.
Recent experience:
- Advising a major Transportation Group and providing legal support for its business activities entailing antitrust risks.
- Developing and implementing antitrust compliance systems for Prosveshcheniye Publishing House, Russian Highways State Company and other major Russian companies.
- Successful representation of a company suspected of entering into a cartel agreement in the course of a tender.
- Successful representation of a large pharmaceutical company in a series of precedent antitrust cases related to entering into an anticompetitive agreement.
- Successful representation of a large oil company in a precedent case on the abuse of dominance.
- Successful representation of large metal manufacturers in antitrust cases on the abuse of dominance.
- Participating in the defense of rights and interests of a large fishing holding on various issues of the antitrust law and public procurement law.
