On May 18, 2017, the SPIBA Legislation & Lobbying Committee held a Legal Debating Club dedicated to bankruptcy litigation:
success stories, practical aspects of supporting disputes and business expectations.
Principal Associate Igor Gorokhov moderated the session.
Daniil Petrukh, in his turn, gave a report on vital issues in bankruptcy – developing court practice on bona fide behavior and on protection from fictitious debts in such cases.
In the course of the session, representatives on the business community and legal consulting participated, discussing the details of regulations and exchanging experience.
