The fifth meeting of participants of the Prague Lawyers Club took place on June 24-27, 2017 in the capital of the Czech Republic, where Irina Onikienko, Partner at Capital Legal Services and a member of the Council of the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers, took part.

The Club, organized in 2016, became a platform notable for the open nature of the issues being discussed, high qualifications of the experts and trusting relations among the members.

A total of 25 lawyers from all parts of Russia, including heads and members of councils of federal and regional chambers of lawyers participated in the meeting. At the Prague meeting, Irina represented the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers as its member.

“The range of topics discussed in the course of the sessions, concerned the most vital issues for the legal profession. I would say the meeting format is a debate club. Certain discussions were quite acute, though at the same time the debate was constructive and professional,” Irina shared her experience.
