On May 27, 2016 Ekaterina Rudova, Principal Associate at Capital Legal Services, presented a report titled “Review of the draft law on reform of legal regulation of major transactions and interested-party transactions” at the АЕВ Legal Committee (Moscow). The report shed light not only on the most recent legislative initiatives, but also raised certain issues of concern vital for practicing lawyers.
