Starting March 1, 2020 the head of the Corporate practice at Capital Legal Services Dmitry Churin is promoted to the position of Partner of the firm. Dmitry’s experience in law is over 20 years of, of which he worked at Capital Legal Services.

Dmitry provides legal support to clients in such areas as energy, oil & gas, financial services, industrial production and trade. He consults on issues of entering the Russian market, implementing investment projects, acquiring property complexes and enterprises, as well as on business restructuring.

Among his recent achievements, Dmitry participated in several major international projects jointly with other Russian and foreign law firms, and took an active part in opening the Capital Legal Services office in Finland.
