Denis Osipchuk joins the Real Estate and Construction practice at Capital Legal Services. He will hold the position of Principle Associate in Moscow.

Denis has over 12 years of practicing law in real estate that includes, in particular, organizing and holding legal due diligence for industrial, mining and production, trade and agricultural companies, structuring real estate acquisition and holding schemes, consulting on shared construction, providing transaction support, as well as developing lease documentation and negotiating non-residential premises lease agreements.
