On March 23, 2017, the Corporate practice of Capital Legal Services held a business breakfast for representatives of the St. Petersburg business community, dedicated to rules for major and related-party transactions that took effect starting from 01.01.2017.

During the event, the associates explained the changes in the approval procedure for such transactions and the rules for informing the Company and shareholders. Practical recommendations were discussed, as well as litigation issues tied to contesting major and related-party transactions.

Principal Associate Dmitry Churin and Senior Associate Vladislav Smirnov moderated the business breakfast. Associates Ekaterina Chernenkova and Irina Dudareva acted as speakers.
