Last week, Vladislav Zabrodin, Managing Partner of Capital Legal Services, participated in the international Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong.

The Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong was dedicated to the various aspects of implementing the OBOR (One Belt One Road), a grand initiative adopted by the Chinese government in 2013. It combines two strategies – the “Silk Road Economic (land) Belt” and the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” – to rekindle the ancient trade routes of the Silk Road connecting Asia with Europe and Africa.

In January of this year, the Capital Legal Services team strengthened its international practice and opened the Asian Desk to support projects in East Asia.
