Pavel Kislovskiy is a Principal Associate of the Dispute Resolution practice at CLS.
He specializes in bankruptcy of individuals and legal entities, as well as representation in litigation, including on construction contracts. Pavel has represented clients in the Russian Supreme Court.
Pavel has over 15 years of experience in law. In his years of practice, he has implemented hundreds of major successful projects tied to protecting client interests in court on various issues, including construction projects.
Pavel provides comprehensive support for real estate and construction projects, including development of the structure of relations under construction contractor agreements and the full set of necessary documents (including FIDIC-based), representing clients in negotiations with potential contracting parties and providing recommendations on disputable and conflict situations.
Pavel provided comprehensive legal support for a major Far East mining and processing plant with overall investments exceeding USD 500 million. He provided support for a general contractor building a nuclear energy facility abroad. Pavel also headed a project on providing legal support for the organizer of major competition events in Russia.
Prior to joining CLS, Pavel headed legal projects in a major international audit and consulting company.
Pavel writes articles on bankruptcy and dispute resolution, and teaches at seminars on bankruptcy at the Higher School of Economics.
