Olga Anisimova is Senior Associate of the Corporate Practice at CLS.

Olga’s professional expertise includes advising on the application of Russian labor, corporate and contract law and providing clients legal advisory services on supporting their current business activities.

Olga consults clients on corporate law issues, including due diligence of Russian companies as part of M&A deals as well as advises on incorporation of subsidiaries, opening branches and representative offices in the Russian Federation, reorganization and liquidation of legal entities, closing branches and representative offices, amending statutory documents, increase and decrease of authorized capital.

Olga also works on corporate documents and commercial contracts, assists clients on labor law issues, including entering into, amending and terminating employment contracts, drafting local regulations, verification of compliance of activities with the requirements of labor law.
