Maria Timofeeva is an Of Counsel of the Corporate practice at CLS.

Maria’s main activity is consulting Russian and foreign clients on issues tied to corporate and commercial law, M&A, IT, as well as issues of reorganization and corporate governance.

Maria is part of the work groups providing support for TMT projects (including IT and e-commerce) and personal data protection.

The Corporate practice, of which Maria is a part, traditionally takes high positions in international and national legal ratings, such as The Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, Pravo-300 and Kommersant.
