Gleb Apenkin is an Of Counsel at CLS.

Gleb provides support for projects tied to corporate law, insolvency/bankruptcy and crisis management, banking law and M&A.

One of Gleb’s specialization areas is providing support for TMT projects (including IT and e-commerce), as well as legal support for Russian and international operators on the digital currency market.

Gleb holds the status of bankruptcy administrator at the International Center of Experts and Professional Administrators, a Non-Commercial Partnership Self-Regulating Organization of Bankruptcy Administrators.

The Corporate practice, of which Gleb is a part, traditionally takes high positions in international and national legal ratings, such as The Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, Pravo-300, Kommersant, Expert RA.
