RBC (Russian Business Consulting) recently come out with content on why it is so critical to form a solid team of attorneys and how to find objectively high-class experts when preparing to sign a serious contract.

Some of the more significant Russian consulting market players helped to define specific recommendations, and Vladislav Zabrodin, founder and managing partner of Capital Legal Services, shared his vision with us.

To be brief:
1) Word-of-mouth is still very much on the go;
2) Rating positions of a consulting firm are not as crucial as the fact of its presence on those sacred  lists;
3) It is much more efficient and beneficial to work with foreign consultants with the help of Russian colleagues.
