Pavel Karpunin, Partner at Capital Legal Services and head of the PPP and Project Finance practice, spoke at the VIII International Youth Legal Forum on the topic of “Infrastructure investments: experience of using public-private partnership mechanisms for infrastructure projects.”

In his presentation, Pavel spoke about law enforcement trends, forms under which legal entities participate in projects, including foreign ones, contract schemes, forms of implementing infrastructure projects, including with state participation and with private investments.

The International Youth Legal Forum traditionally takes place in St. Petersburg, and being an spinoff of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, is a major place for dialogue between young lawyers and state representatives, the scientific community and business of the Russian Federation and various foreign states.
