The AmCham Retail Working Group held a meeting on June 17, 2015 dedicated to challenges in determining the cadastral value of commercial real estate.

Igor Gorokhov, Senior Associate of Capital Legal Services, was engaged as lead expert on legal issues related to determining cadastral value.

The issues addressed during the meeting included main changes and trends in tax law, the role of expert appraiser in disputing cadastral value, and others.
