The II Compliance Case Forum was held on April 20 and 21 at Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya, where Senior Associate of the Antitrust practice Dmitry Gavrilenko gave a special report on “Methods for determination and assessment of antitrust risks.”

The program of the Forum was devoted to key compliance areas: corporate, anti-corruption and antitrust compliance. Dmitry’s topic concerned the methods for determining and assessing antitrust risks – a vital topic today, when antitrust compliance regulations are in the process of being formed, and market participants have many questions of both practical and theoretical nature.

Dmitry found that the event was practically oriented, making it particularly valuable.
