The city on the Neva River became the center of the legal world the last few days: many experts from different countries came to the SPBILF to discuss the most critical issues, exchange opinions and experience, hold heated debates and simply communicate with colleagues in an informal atmosphere. On May 15 and 16, 2018, Capital Legal Services together with TaxTeam held seminars on "Responsibility of business and beneficiaries in situations of international tax planning and structuring." The events in the course of the two days were as follows: on May 15 at the Capital Legal Services office in St. Petersburg, and on May 16 at Grand Hotel Europe, sponsored by Kommersant Publishing House, SPBILF information partner. Vladislav Zabrodin moderated the event, and Anastasia Kuzmina, Head of Tax Group along with Natalia Luchkova, TaxTeam Partner, presented their vision of the current situation and spoke about "the second amnesty of capital" within the framework of an Information Exchange Agreement between Russia and other countries.
