Capital Legal Services announces that attorney Rimma Leshcheva, has been appointed Senior Attorney.

Rimma Leshcheva specializes in project financing, including through public-private partnership mechanisms, as well as corporate law. During her work as part of the Capital Legal Services team, Rimma participated in implementing strategically important projects in transport, health care and education industries.

She has over five years of experience in law and two higher education degrees – Rimma graduated with highest honors from the Law School of the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation and the Department of International Law of the St. Petersburg State University.
