On October 5, 2022, the first concession agreements were signed to implement state-of-the-art higher education infrastructure projects, and we are pleased that Capital Legal Services lawyers assisted in developing one of them in the Chelyabinsk Region.

The interuniversity campus will welcome/host students and faculty from two universities – the South Ural State University and the Chelyabinsk State University. It is an area of 114,000 square meters where you will find not only residential facilities, but also science labs, athletics centers, modular conference halls, coworking areas and even a roller ski track. The project is supported by the Russian Ministry of Science.

Out team represented the concessionaire – Chelyabinsk Concession Company (part of VTB Infrastructure Holding).
