On February 9, 2010 Managing Partner Vladislav Zabrodin, Senior Attorney Pavel Karpunin, and Attorney Igor Gorokhov participated in the All-Russian Forum “Infrastructure Projects in Russia: New Possibilities in Harsh Conditions” in Moscow (http://roseconomy.ru/projects/8-programma-foruma.html). The Forum addressed issues of implementing infrastructure development projects on the basis of a public-private partnership.

Public private partnerships (PPPs) have become the subject of presentations and discussions at the plenary meeting “Russia after the crisis: a new infrastructure development concept”.

Senior Attorney of Capital Legal Services Pavel Karpunin gave a speech at the meeting under the title of “Public-Private Partnership:  Is it infrastructure that matters most?”
