On December 16, 2009, Senior Attorney Oxana Kovaleva and Junior Attorney Ekaterina Marysheva of Capital Legal Services participated in the SPIBA Legislation & Lobbying Committee meeting.

Issues connected with creation of the Customs Union within the frame of the Eurasian Economic Community and also with adoption of Federal Law No.381-FZ “On regulatory frameworks in trading activity in the Russian Federation” dated 28.12.2009 were discussed at the Committee meeting.

Oxana Kovaleva spoke on the subject of “News in regulations for trading activity”.
