On November 18-19, 2009 Senior Attorney of Capital Legal Services Vitaliy Dianov participated in the 1st Russian and CIS Mergers and Acquisitions Conference of the International Bar Association at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Moscow.

Vitaliy participated in the panel discussion dedicated to the issue of “Antitrust and state interest protection in cross-border M&A in Russia & CIS”.

The questions to be discussed included:

•             Application of antitrust and state aid laws during recession.
