 Anna Shmalyuk is an intellectual property specialist at Capital Legal Services.
Prior to joining Capital Legal Services Anna worked for 8 years as patent agent at one of the largest patent firms with foreign capital. In 2006 she was registered as a Russian Federation patent attorney specializing in trademarks.
Anna has vast experience in trademarks, in particular in the field of filing and advisory on applications for international registration of trademarks; drafting and registration of licensing, assignment and franchising agreements; drafting of applications for trademarks including examination as to designation registrability and clearance searches Anna has been involved in implementation of numerous projects. |
 Alla Demyanko (Of Counsel), who possesses extensive expertise and experience in patents and trademark registration works with us as freelancer.
In 1972, Ms. Demyanko graduated from Saratov Polytechnic Institute as a
qualified technical engineer. In 1974, she obtained a degree in
patenting at the Central Institute of Advanced Patenting Qualification
(TsIPK). In 1993, to advance her qualifications, she took a Patent
Agent course at the Institute of Industrial Property and Innovation.
Prior to joining Capital Legal Services, L.L.C., Ms. Demyanko worked for 15
years at the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) of
Rospatent as a Senior Officer, a Senior State Patenting Expert, and a
Chief Specialist.
For many years Alla Demyanko lectured on
technical design examination at the Russian Institute for Intellectual
Property and intellectual property issues at the International
Economics, Science and Engineering Center and at Saint Petersburg State
University. |
